Monthly Tuition

  • Tuition for September 2025 is due by July 25, 2025.

  • Ongoing tuition is due 7 days before the last day of the month prior to attendance.

  • All tuition payments are non-refundable.

Late Payment Fees

  • A $50 late fee applies to any payment received after the due date.

  • If tuition becomes 30 or more days past due, your child will be automatically withdrawn from the program.

Tuition Structure

  • Tuition is averaged over the full academic year, which consists of three 12-week sessions running from September through June.

  • Wild Wander Forest School operates on a three-session model, with each session approximately 12 weeks in length:

    • Fall Session: September – November

    • Winter Session: December – February

    • Spring Session: March – June

  • Monthly tuition remains consistent across all three sessions, regardless of holidays or missed days.

  • By enrolling, families commit to the entire school-year program—all three sessions from September through June.

Closure and missed days

  • Tuition accounts for:

    • Federal holiday closures

    • Two unpaid vacation weeks

    • Two teacher in-service days

    • Up to two emergency weather/flex closure days (used only if needed)

  • No credits are issued for rainy days; we operate rain or shine.

  • In the case of rare, severe weather (e.g., lightning, torrential wind and rain), we will notify families of closure. A tuition credit will only be issued if both emergency closure days have already been used.

  • There are no make-up days or tuition adjustments for:

    • Sick days

    • COVID-related absences

    • Weather closures

    • Family vacations

    • Planned absences

Tuition Adjustments

  • Wild Wander Forest School reserves the right to revise tuition rates. If adjustments are necessary, families will be notified at least 30 days in advance.

Additional Fees

  • Families must provide written notice via email to  at least one full month prior to the intended month of withdrawal.

Example:

If you plan to withdraw your child for October, notice must be submitted before the August tuition deadline (i.e., by August 24, 2025).

  • If notice is given prior to the tuition due date, the enrollment fee can be applied toward the final, full month’s tuition.

  • If notice is given after tuition has been paid, no refunds or credits will be issued.

Important Notes:

  • The enrollment fee:

    • May only be used toward the final month if proper 30 day written notice is given

    • Will not be prorated, even if a family chooses not to attend the full final month

By enrolling your child, you are committing to the program and reserving a spot. Please be sure that Wild Wander Forest School is the right fit for your family before securing your enrollment.
