Programs and Services

These Terms and Conditions constitute the agreement between you and Wild Wander Forest School LLC (“Wild Wander,” “we,” or “us”) for participation in our programs and services. By enrolling in or attending any Wild Wander Forest School program or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

Acknowledgment and Agreement

By accepting this agreement for yourself or on behalf of a minor, you:

  • Acknowledge that you have read and agree to comply with and be bound by:

    • Wild Wander Forest School’s Non-Smoking and Zero Drug and Alcohol Policy

    • Wild Wander Forest School’s Code of Conduct

    • Wild Wander Forest School’s Privacy Policy

    • Wild Wander Forest School’s Cancellation and Pricing Policy

  • Confirm that all information provided during registration and attendance is accurate, complete, and not misleading, and that you have disclosed all relevant information regarding your or your child(ren)’s ability to safely participate in program activities.

  • Agree to supervise your child if attending a parent-child program or for any child under the age of three, where Wild Wander is not responsible for supervision.

  • Commit to acting responsibly and safely, and not to engage in behavior that could endanger yourself or others, including improper use of equipment.

  • Agree to wear appropriate attire, including enclosed footwear when using tools or near fire.

  • Accept full responsibility for any personal property brought to the program.

  • Acknowledge Wild Wander’s right to refuse entry or remove any participant for non-compliance with rules, unsafe behavior, or failure to follow staff instructions.

  • Understand that Wild Wander reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

 

These terms, along with our related policies and Code of Conduct, form the entire agreement between you and Wild Wander Forest School LLC and supersede any prior agreements, whether written or oral.

 

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in our programs constitutes acceptance of any changes.

 

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in full force. Any unenforceable provision will be removed or modified as required to remain enforceable.

 

Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in California courts.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of one month’s notice for service cancellations. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Participation in Wild Wander Forest School programs involves inherent risks. By participating or allowing a child to participate, you release Wild Wander Forest School LLC and its staff from liability for injury, loss, or damage to the extent permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including design, layout, graphics, and documents—is the property of Wild Wander Forest School LLC. You may not republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.
